Village Community Room Description & Photos

Please take notice that the rental of the Village Community Room is for a total of 6 hours per the Village Rental Fee Schedule. The six hours includes setup and cleanup. Access to the Community Room is limited to the day of rental only. For each additional hour, a fee of $35.00 must be requested and paid in advance.

Tables available:

(20) - 8 ft round tables which seat 8 comfortably or maximum 10 people.
(6) - 8 ft retangular tables
(1) - 4 ft retangular table
(180) - Light blue chairs
The Village does not provide table cloths or coverings

Air Conditioning and Heat controls accessible
Maximum Occupany without tables and chairs: 200
Maximum Occupany with tables and chairs: 180
Parking Spaces: 46 regular and 4 handicap.

Rental of Community does not include Kitchen. To use kitchen - a seperate form and fee must be submitted at time of Community Room Rental. Kitchen Rental includes only the use of Countertops, Refrigerator and Sink. The use of kitchen equipment, dishes, flatware, coffeemaker and stove is not available for rent.

There is no parking in front of building by Police Department and Fire Department.
