The Planning Board meets on the forth Monday of each month at 7 pm on an as needed basis.
All applications must include the 15 copies of the following:
1. Application form
2. Short or Long Environmental Assessment Form (if required)
3. Legal description of property
4. Plot Plan containing the following information:
a. A arrow indicating NORTH.
b. Accurate measurements.
c. The parcel boundaries and the owners of all contiquous properties.
d. The zoning classifications of all contiguous properties.
e. All streets, either mapped or built, adjacent to the tract.
f. All existing structures on the parcel.
g. All watercourses and other significant physical features on the parcel.
5. Narrative description of request.
The Village Zoning Laws can be found within the Village Codes. These can be accessed directly through the menu on the left.
The Planning Board reviews and approves applications for Special Use Permits for new businesses or other Special Use Permits as outlined in the Village Code, Sign Permit Applications, Sub-divisions Applications, Lot Line Adjustment Waviers. The Planning Board reviews and makes recommendations to the Village Board for all Change of Zone applications.
The Planning Board is comprised of 5 elected members and 1 appointed Associate Member as required. The term is 5 years with one seat becoming open each year.
