Bozenkill Park - General Rules - Regulations

• Alcohol is allowed only with a permit.
• Beer and Wine must be in non-glass containers and will only be allowed in specific areas.
• No one under the age of 21 may possess and / or consume alcoholic beverages.
• If a caterer is used to dispense the alcohol, the caterer musst have all required permits and / or licenses.  In addition, the caterer must submit a certificate of insurance.

        GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS:

• "Carry In-Carry Out" Policy.
• Park in designated areas only.
• Metal detectors prohibited.
• No pets allowed other than assistance dogs.
• Open fires in designated areas only.
• No cutting, carving, or defacing of trees, shrubs, etc.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No destruction or defacing of Village buildings or property.
• No off road motorized vehicles allowed.
• No overnight parking allowed.
• All use of Village grounds, fields, courts and specific areas are at one’s own risk.
• The Village is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
• Restrooms are available in Recreation Pavilion.
• No bare feet except in pool area.
• Negative behavior jeopardizes use of park.
